  • Transaction files (closed deals): 5 years per Utah Division of Real Estate

7. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards: TLS 1.2+ in transit, encryption at rest (Supabase/AWS), least-privilege access, regular dependency updates, WAF via Cloudflare, and SOC 2 Type II subprocessors (Vercel, Supabase, Twilio).

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us for immediate deletion.
