- ✓ 1-unit principal residence only
- ✓ Homeownership education program REQUIRED
- ✓ Can be 1-4 units, condo, PUD, or manufactured home (not mobile home in park)

- ✓ Owner-occupied primary residence
- ✓ New or existing homes eligible
