- ✓ Located anywhere in Washington County
- ✓ New or existing homes eligible
Key Differentiator: Moving Out ≠ Repayment
Unlike many deferred loans, the Home Now Grant only requires repayment when you sell the home. If you move out and rent it, or simply move without selling, the loan is not triggered. This provides flexibility for life changes.
